Universal Backup – full production in one mobile tool cart

In case of machine failure, down time is critical. We develop our product to minimize production line stoppage. With this mobile tool cart, you only have to go to the place and after identification you are ready to continue the assembly with exactly the same setup what you had before in serial production.

Machining concept
Same design with different logic. If the production line fails, we will have to repair it later. The control software has various modules that fit into the customer data storage system. This provides the information to the post-processing station. This means that when the part arrives at the post-production station, we have all the necessary information to carry out all the necessary operations in the same controlled way as we normally did during series production.

Custom-designed wagons with the most ergonomic way to check tools, check joints or even calibrate tools.
